Our Standard Session gives you the space to breathe and get on top of your device. Delivered online, it’s ideal for sorting through common tech issues like setting up apps, organising cloud storage, managing subscriptions, or tidying up settings. This session is ideal for: - Going through your phone or laptop step by step - Helping with backups, syncs, and storage clean-ups - Organising your settings for better performance Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or just want a fresh start, we’re here to make things easier. This service includes a $50 non-refundable session fee, payable at the time of booking, to secure your appointment and cover initial time and/or travel.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a $50 non-refundable session fee, payable at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and covers our time and/or travel, even if the issue is not fully resolved during the session. If we provide any goods and/or services in relation to the issue initially reported, including diagnosis, guidance, or identification of next steps, the remaining session balance will be invoiced after the appointment and is due within 7 days. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, the $50 session fee remains non-refundable but may be applied toward a future booking. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the $50 session fee will be forfeited and cannot be credited toward another appointment. You must agree to our full Terms of Service during the booking process.
