Need something sorted, fast? Our Quick Fix session is your go-to for resolving those everyday tech hiccups that don’t need a deep dive. This is a short, focused session delivered in-person in the South (PM) region, designed to help clean things up, get things moving, and make your device feel a bit more manageable. You might need this if: - Your storage is full and you need to free space fast - You’ve got an app or setting misbehaving - You need quick help finding or using a tool It’s tech support without the stress - just straightforward, friendly help. This service includes a $50 non-refundable session fee, payable at the time of booking, to secure your appointment and cover initial time and/or travel.


Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a $50 non-refundable session fee, payable at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and covers our time and/or travel, even if the issue is not fully resolved during the session. If we provide any goods and/or services in relation to the issue initially reported, including diagnosis, guidance, or identification of next steps, the remaining session balance will be invoiced after the appointment and is due within 7 days. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, the $50 session fee remains non-refundable but may be applied toward a future booking. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the $50 session fee will be forfeited and cannot be credited toward another appointment. You must agree to our full Terms of Service during the booking process.
